Terms & Conditions of Sale

Transparent policies for your peace of mind when purchasing Aimin TCM products and services

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products and services from Aimin TCM. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. Last updated: August 2026.

Information About Us

  1. shop.aimin.com.sg is a site operated by Aimin Acupuncture & Weight Loss Center Pte Ltd and Aimin TCM Healthcare Associate Pte Ltd.

Service Availability

  1. Our site is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.

Your Status

  1. By placing an order through our site or on the telephone, you warrant that:
    1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
    2. You are resident in the Serviced Country.

How the Contract is Formed

  1. After placing an online order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Please note that this does not mean acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, confirmed via telephone or email. The contract is only formed when we deliver items to you.
  2. Subject to actual stock availability, item orders may be replaced with alternatives subject to verbal or written confirmation. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded the amount paid.
  3. All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
  4. You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you select when you check out your orders.
  5. Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing constraints. In the event you are not satisfied with any products, you may return to us within 7 days after delivery. The Product must be unused in original condition and not be a pre-order product.

Our Status

  1. We may provide links on our site to websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link will be of satisfactory quality.

Our Refunds Policy

  1. Products returned by you because of a defect or within the five-day cooling-off period will be refunded in full after delivery costs have been deducted.
  2. A claim that the quantity delivered falls short of the quantity ordered must be notified to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability and you shall be bound to pay the price as if delivered in full.
  3. The cost of return transportation is at your expense.

For questions about refunds, please contact our customer service team before returning any products.

Notices

  1. All notices given by you to us must be given to Aimin TCM at our registered address. We may give notice to you either via email or postal address provided when placing an order.

Events Outside Our Control

  1. We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations under a Contract caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
  2. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including:
    1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
    2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat, war or preparation for war;
    3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
    4. Impossibility of use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport;
    5. Impossibility of use of public or private telecommunications networks;
    6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
  3. Our performance is deemed suspended for the period the Force Majeure Event continues. We will use reasonable endeavours to bring the event to a close or find a solution.

Waiver

  1. If we fail to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations, or fail to exercise any rights or remedies, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies.
  2. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
  3. No waiver shall be effective unless expressly stated in writing and communicated to you.

Severability

  1. If any of these Terms and Conditions or provisions of a Contract are determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such term will be severed and the remaining terms will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

  1. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement.
  2. We each acknowledge that neither has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other prior to entering into a Contract.
  3. Neither shall have remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, unless such statement was made fraudulently.

Our Right to Vary These Terms

  1. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
  2. You will be subject to the Policies and Terms in force at the time you order, unless any change is required by law or if we notify you of changes before providing Dispatch Confirmation.

Law and Jurisdiction

  1. Contracts for purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
